I.J.K.A.は故浅井哲彦師範の理念を受け継ぎ下記の内規を定める
  1. I.J.K.A.は事務局と技術局を設置する
  2. 技術局は指導員会によって結成される
  3. 技術局は空手の技術に関する事を担当する
  4. 事務局は収支、運営に関する事を担当する
  5. 事務局と技術局の両局は故浅井哲彦の空手道精神を伝える任を負う事とする
  6. 個人的紛争は会に持ち込まない事とする
  7. 地域によって技術と事務のカントリーヘッドシステムを設ける
  8. カントリーヘッドは自分に係りある国の道場の世話役的な存在であり、権力的存在ではない事とする
  9. カントリーヘッドの任期は二年とする
  10. カントリーヘッドを通さず、個人的にも日本総本部と連絡できる事とする
  11. 技術局指導員会の指導員は浅井師範関連の段位五段以上、及び指導員資格を所持する者とする
  • 現在入会申し込みなどを受け付けておりますが、当初は、故浅井哲彦師範と関連のある方、又はその方たちの紹介者を先に受け入れております。
  • 技術局、及び事務局のスタッフはウェブサイトに掲載予定です。
  • この内規は、理事長、首席師範、技術局長、事務局長、其の他の役員による会議の上、変更できる事とする。


I.J.K.A. Herein Establishes Below Policies
To Carry on the Philosophy of The Late Shihan Tetsuhiko Asai
  1. I.J.K.A. is to establish its Administrational Office and Technical Office.
  2. The Technical Office is formed by the Instructor Association.
  3. The Technical Office is to overlook matters associated with the techniques of Karate.
  4. The Administrational Office is to overlook matters associated with financials and administrations.
  5. The Administrational Office and the Technical Office are responsible for disseminating the spirit of Tetsihiko Asai on Karate.
  6. Members are to not bring personal conflicts into the Association.
  7. Country heads for the Administrational Office and the Technical Office will be assigned in each region.
  8. Country heads are to overlook the operation in each respective region and are to not abuse their authorities.
  9. Country heads are appointed for two years.
  10. Members of the Association may contact Japan Headquarters directly without going through country heads.
  11. Instructors of the Instructor Association that make up the Technical Office are those with Shihan Asai rank 5 or above.
  • We are now open for entry applications. Please note: applicants with direct association with Shihan Tetsuhiko Asai and those with references from individuals/groups with direct association with Shihan Tetsuhiko Asai are given higher priorities.
  • Administrational Office and Technical Office staff are to be introduced on the Association's website.

浅井哲彦 NPO 法人日本空手松涛連盟首席師範
2006年8月15日永眠。（享年71 歳）
空手会の最後の重鎮とも言われ、世界でもカリスマとして多くの門下を育てた。
病に倒れても尚、毎日の稽古を欠かさず、亡くなる直前の７月２９日の全国大会にも眼光鋭く、会場にて試合を観戦する。
東京護国寺において執り行われた葬儀・告別式には、日本全国から空手会をはじめ政財界、芸能界の関係者、またヨーロッパ、アジア、各地から、そして岐阜県本部からも多くの支部長が参列し、最後の別れを惜しんだ。
　
「NPO法人日本空手松涛連盟　J.K.S」と「国際日本武術空手道会浅井流　I.J.K.A」 について
浅井哲彦は2000年に「NPO法人日本空手松涛連盟　J.K.S」を立ち上げ同時に流派を問わない「国際日本武術空手道会浅井流　I.J.K.A」をも設立しました。「NPO法人日本空手松涛連盟　J.K.S」は新しい考えの空手を目指した有志が集い、松涛流の空手道を広めるために発足した団体であり、「国際日本武術空手道会浅井流　I.J.K.A」は全ての格闘技、武術の技をとり入れ、新しい空手道の技、及び型を開発し、流派にこだわらない団体です。
なお、このサイトは浅井師範個人の団体である「国際日本武術空手道会浅井流　I.J.K.A」についてのみ記載させていただきます。
Dear Friends of Shihan Asai;
My name is Keiko Asai, the wife of the late Tetsuhiko Asai. Please allow me to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have touched our lives and made Tetsuhiko Asai’s karate life as wonderful as it was. 　Thank you to all of you.

I am writing today to let you know that in 2006, Keiko Asai officially succeeded the right to the trademark of I.J.K.A., International Japan Martial Arts Karate Asai-ryu for which Shihan Asai registered ten years ago at Japan Patent Office. Thus, I am the sole heir and the founder of IJKA globally. In addition, the application to become an NPO was approved last year. Please see to the attached certification.

Another important message to you is that there are a few illegitimate organizations under the same name of IJKA in Europe including UK. They use IJKA name without my permission or authorization. As of today, the only European instructor who was admitted in IJKA is Sensei Bruno Koller of Switzerland. Any other organizations and dojos have no authorization to grant any rank certifications or diplomas of Asai-ryu karate. Only my organization can grant such certification. If you wish to be an authorized member of NPO IJKA, we welcome you. Please send your request or questions to info@ijka.jp and we will provide you a membership application form and the fee information. .

Also, we are going to start a new program hosted by I.J.K.A.. The show is called “My Life: Karate Journey,” and it will introduce not only Tetsuhiko Asai’s karate life, but also those people who shared a karate life with him. Currently we are looking for more materials to make the show more realistic and robust. If you have:

- Your personal experiences about Tetsuhiko Asai
- Anything related to Asai Sensei’s karate (advice, thoughts, actual lessons etc.)
- Videos and photos

We will air the stories on our radio show, with a mention of your karate-dojo and/or your name. This is to commemorate and celebrate Asai Shihan and his love for karate, so the karate styles or organizations do not matter. Tetsuhiko Asai’s biography movie about his karate filled life is in the production plan. The making of this radio show will be an important part of this movie.
